This U.W.A (United World Army) Special Ops Juggernaut Trooper is a well painted custom minifigure by Jedi Master Productions.

The Spec Ops Juggernaut Trooper is more armored than the standard spec ops trooper and has lighter armor than the armored trooper. This guys are nearly unstoppable and they are deployed on heavy missions.

The detailing is nicely painted on this minifigure, although I am not sure if the triangle shoulder pads are just glued on or it is part of the armour. Still a really good minifig!
