What I like about the Royal Guard Custom Minifigure is how Natsty has managed to match the paint on the body armour with the LEGO torso and legs. The silver and gold detailing looks good in particular the helmet, and the combination of colours really stand-out.

The visor if painted would have been amazing, however it is photoshopped but that does not detract from a great looking custom.
