in case you’ve all forgotten about this beauty, this is the project arbiter custom minifig, deisgned and made by hazel amazing armory and very limited i think its being sold via firestartoys.com and united armory, but i can be sure…only a handful of people have received samples of this custom minifig, but i’ve not seen anyone who actually bought one yet.
