The Predator is one of the most popular minifigures to try and custom, however it can also be the hardest to pull off. Using Polymer Clay the custom pieces on this Predator look really good, and then the painted detailing using Acrylic paints is to a very high quality.

I especially like the feeling you get that the Predator is staring right at you, and also the skin looks very realistic.
