The Nordic Carved Armour was sculpted by Logan Fulford and painted by Sander and the result looks amazing. The armour, helmet and vambraces took 3 hours to paint which included sealing and dry brushing.

This warrior will definitely dazzle his enemies when he goes into battle, although the strange shiny effect on the chest may be down to the photograph.

If your custom minifigures come out too shiny you can always try adding a black or brown wash, and in this case try painting over with a silver/gunmetal dry brush.
