This Marine Scout Sniper Custom Minifigure is excellent and features a custom sculpted boonie hat which has nice texturing on the band. The torso also is pretty good with the tunic outline and stripes on the sleeve.

What really stands-out is the hand painted multicam legs which look amazing. He comes with a M110 which has a removable magazine and scope and a M4 which also has a removable magazine and scope. The scope is by Tiny Tactical and the stock and magazines are from Minifig.Cat

He is standing on a custom made plate, and the photograph really showcases him off – great work!
