I’m not sure if this is custom or from the new Lego space police sets, but the head of this minifig is really cool and could be used for a whole range of new minifigs, interestingly, the surface of the minifigs head is rough, judging from the photo, perhaps lego have developed a new casting technique or using a different plastic for these minifig parts.
