Kato cusom minifig – a custom minifig creation by billbobful

good attempt at a custom minifig of Kato from the recent green hornet film, paint job is a little poor but with a better brush and a little more water in the paint it should give a better line. the mask in particular is really nice. The mask was made out of Sculpey, and glued to the hat. The strap on the hat is electrical tape.
