Looks like it WWII season for custom minifig makers, here we see another Fallschirmjäger German paratrooper custom minifig, the decals are really well made by the brick arms chaps as is the Lego gun, the helmet looks similar to the one made by JasBricks German paratrooper custom minifig.
The decal is by damien knight, he makes all the decals for the BA custom minifigs, everyone seem to be intrested in paratroopers these days 😀
