This Desert Military Combat Custom Minifigure has a number of third party compatible LEGO pieces by SI-DAN including the helmet, tactical vest, headset and weapon. However what really stand-out is the very nice painting.

Using a dry brush painting technique on the helmet and tactical vest it gives the minifigure a weathered look.  The tri-colour desert combat pants are the stand-out feature along with the brown boots.
