whilst the customization here is really minimal, you can hardly call a white paint job a custom minifig, given that a custom minifig can be defined by 1. the use of a custom house part, 2. the use of paint, 3. the use of cutting gluing and 4. the use of non-lego parts….then the fact its been painted, would make this a custom minifig. and its a neat idea afterall would YOU have thought of making a custom minifig bee keeper in the same way?
