check out the custom parts on this minifig, theres the Lego police hat thats now got a neck covering, there’s the Lego castle chest piece which has been cut and a clip added to hold a brickarms hand grenade, the Lego pirates saber and brick arms pistol work well to make this custom minifig commander come together reall nicely

Actually, it’s a hairpiece. It does look like a neck covering from the front, bu from the sides and back, it can easily bee seen as hair. I probably should’ve taken a picture from the side.
