Custom minifig by  paultox

This Victorian Noble custom minifig has custom decals and a really nice and ornate wig, i suspect its made from sculpey which seems to be the modeling clay of choice for custom minifigs, though I’d say milliput would be a better choice. Interestingly the face is also decaled which i don’t think was necissary. Nevertheless I think the wig could be used for barristars and other victorian based minifigs
