The Doctor – a custom minifig creation by billbobful

two things about this custom minifig are really cool, three in fact. 1. the custom hair which is very Dr who-esq and pretty detailed too. 2. light up LED, need i say more. and finally 3, awesome sculpy trenchcoat very cool. but no scarf.
