Check out the custom minifig feet on this Lego grandma, and look at how the Lego scarf being used  as a headscarf, cool eh? the Feet are made from Lego minifig hands, and the legos and apron are probably made of a Lego singlewith the front stud. Looks pretty cool and the Feet connect is pretty unique.
