The Operator is a Marine combat custom minifigure that features a number of third party compatible LEGO pieces and then nicely painted.

The stand-out features are definitely the painted helmet and marpat camouflage legs.  He comes with a tactical vest with radio, knee pad, and a modified weapon.

The gun perhaps needed to be painted, but overall a great military minifig!
