Both these US Army 75th Rangers Custom Minifigures have been excellently painted, one with the standard muliti camouflage (left) and the other with the Universal Camouflage Pattern (right). The effect has been done by using a sponge and mixture of different greys. The detailing on their feet is also quite good.

The helmets are nicely painted and the flag detail is a nice touch, and they have kneepads and painted guns.

Finally the background sets the scene to really showcase these minifigures!
