This Metal Gear Solid 2 Gurlukovich Soldier Custom Minifigure is excellent, and we will go into further details in a minute, however the thing that caught my eye straight away is the quality of the painted camouflage, it really does look like it has been machine printed.

As with all G-Bricks minifigures the helmet, NVG’s, pouches, radio, Knife, holster and backpack have all been made completely from scratch, using only a standard LEGO crash helmet as a base. Unfortunately you cannot see it on this photo however he is wearing a leather holster which looks really good. The combination of the bold camouflage colours and muted tone for the rest of the equipment give it a nice contrast.

Finally this soldier is carrying a Russian AKS-74U Assault Carbine by CombatBrick which has been painted and a silencer added.
